hi Nice to meet you, i’m MATISSE

I’m a super-energetic Bachelor of Communications (Advertising) student at Deakin University, absolutely hooked on the buzz of big ideas, clever campaigns, and the way creativity can truly connect with people. For me, advertising is the perfect mix of strategy and imagination, and account management is where I get to bring it all together.

I began my studies in a double degree of Exercise Sports Science and Business (Sports Management), spending two years there before realising my real passion was advertising. That shift was the best decision I made because it’s where I can combine creativity, people skills, and problem-solving in a way that feels exciting every single day.

I’m currently an Account Manager for Deakin Young Bullets 2025 and a Communications & Marketing Officer at Glen Eira Leisure, where I get to put strategy into practice, manage projects, and bring campaigns to life. These roles have sharpened my ability to lead, collaborate, and deliver results, skills I’m ready to take into agency life.

In the past year, I’ve travelled through Europe and South Africa, adventures that fuelled my creativity, broadened my perspective, and sparked endless new ideas. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at Pilates (my happy place), cooking but mostly eating, or diving into fashion and beauty, finding inspiration in the little details of everyday life.

I bring energy, curiosity, and positivity to everything I do. What excites me most about account management is not just keeping things moving, it’s about sparking collaboration, elevating ideas, and helping campaigns go from good to unforgettable.
